The popular Scottish soap comes alive on stage in a specially written episode starring all the major characters including Gwyneth Guthrie as Mrs Mack and Andy Cameron as Chic Cherry.

Now that the autumn cultural season is well and truly under way, the English-language theatre supply is back on 'full' with this latest production from regular supplier the On Stage theatre company. Writer-actor-director Nicholas Calderbank presents his romantic two-hander which sees an English teacher (Calderbank) newly arrived in Paris falling in love with one of his French pupils.

The last of a series of shows celebrating the 30th anniversary of the San Juan Evangelista Music Club brings local Gospel choir Inside Voices, regular and respected performers in jazz clubs around Madrid. British soul singer Sheila Cuffy, herself something of a veteran on the Spanish club circuit having been singing here since 1993, leads the troupe. Inside Voices are a mixture of local and imported talent and the repertoire includes many Gospel and soul classics, as well as numbers such as 'Oh Happy Day' and 'Amazing Grace'.
