The French Library celebrates France's national music holiday 'La Fête de la Musique' by presenting a concert by French pianist Pierre Hurel. Hurel, who now resides in the Boston area, is a jazz pianist who was recently voted 'Boston's finest emerging talent' by the local jazz radio station WGBH. To suit the occasion, he will be performing a programme of French classics and original compositions that fit the theme of the celebration.
